This mind body spirit adventure is crafted to ensure a return to one’s self outside of daily life. Each activity from participating in the grape harvest to biking through the countryside on a tasting tour is meant to immerse you in an experience like no other.
The Itinerary
Thursday, Nov. 7th
12pm – Check in and arrival
2:30pm – Meet & Greet welcome gathering
4:30-6pm – Yoga
7:30-10:30pm – Group opening and chef-prepared dinner
Friday, Nov. 8th
8-10:00am – Morning Meditation & Yoga
10-11am – Breakfast
12-4pm – Option – Forgiveness meditation and workshop
4:30-5:30pm – Yoga & Stretch
6:30pm – Mindful Vine dinner and tasting experience
Saturday, Nov. 9th
8-10am – Morning Meditation & Yoga
10am-11am – Breakfast
12-5pm – Daylong excursion – Afternoon yoga and meditation in the vineyard 2 wine tastings along the way (includes a picnic lunch and tastings)
8pm-10pm – Group farm to table dinner in the villa with our private chef
Sunday, Nov. 10th
8-10am – Morning Meditation & Yoga
10:30am-12pm – Brunch and Closing, check out is at 2pm
